If you love a gross spot-popping video, feast your eyes on the clip above.

The video shows dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee, aka "Dr Pimple Popper", extracting a stubborn cyst from a man's cheek.

"This patient has a cyst on his left cheek, present for a few years," Dr Lee wrote on the video's YouTube description.

"A few months ago, I removed the cyst, just as I do here, but it came back!"

Just watching the extraction process makes us squirm, but the patient seems pretty unperturbed. In fact, he chats to Dr Lee throughout the video.
