Whatever really goes on behind the scenes at fast food restaurants, it's not enough to put us off eating there.
But if you do decide to have a blow out, you'd do well to heed the advice of fast food workers who revealed what you should avoid on Reddit.
Some of it was simply to give them an easier ride - Starbucks worker Stac52 said: "Please don't order anything off the "Secret Menu". It doesn't exist."
Others, however revealed some seriously handy (and gross) tips that are applicable to specific menus and just general advice.
