Halloween Party Food: Spider Wraps

You will need:

2 x Mission original deli wraps

Small bunch of chives

350g of peeled and diced butternut squash

¼ of a teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of icing sugar

Half a red pepper

1 teaspoon of baby capers

100g of cream cheese

Glug of olive oil

What to do:

Heat the oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4.

Place the diced butternut squash in a baking tray and dust with the cinnamon and icing sugar.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil and place in the oven to roast for 20 minutes or until cooked through and caramelised.

Finely chop half of the chives and mix with the cream cheese. Spread on the wraps. Scatter with the butternut squash and tightly roll up. Chop into rounds

Chop the remaining chives into 4cm long lengths and stick eight chives to the back of each round to create spider legs

Arrange on a plate and decorate the rounds with finely sliced red pepper and capers to form the eyes and mouths of the spiders.
