LG's G2 handset might have won plaudits from the tech press last week, but its marketing efforts in Korea have been less impressive. In fact, it's been downright dangerous. More than 20 people were reportedly injured at a "G in the Cloud" event in South Korea, after offering people in a large crowd the chance to win a handset by shooting down a balloon. Several people turned up with BB guns, and one even showed up with a knife on a stick. Madness ensued, which the BBC said has now been dubbed 'World War G' by organisers.
