TOWIE girl Lydia Bright was spotted out and about in Loughton, Essex, yesterday looking as though she didn't have a care in the world.
Beneath her flowing dress (or is it a top?) she wore some impressive underwear (or are they hotpants?). Either way, she's definitely dressed for the weather.
