The crowd - which included Sarah Jessica Parker, Alexa Chung, Anna Wintour, and Serena Williams - uttered a collective gasp as one of the catwalkers took a tumble right before she made it backstage.
The short-haired stunner had appeared skittish and a tad wobbly as she made her way down the runway wearing a short leopard-print minidress and a spiked leather jacket.
Sure enough, the model's towering stiletto heels caused her to hit the ground just as she was about to leave the catwalk.
At least she's not alone - models also hit the floor at the Z Spoke by Zac Posen and Bernard Chandran shows.
And we spied another model at the show stepping out of her heels and carrying them in her hands before continuing down the catwalk... better safe than sorry! Take a closer look at the fall in the video below.
