Where better to end Eldhús' journey to the end of the earth then in Iceland's capital nestled between the two most famous shopping streets of Laugavegur and Skólavörðustígur with food cooked by chefs from two of the best restaurants in Iceland surrounded by the colourful city; Fannar from Vox restaurant at the Hilton Nordica Reykjavik hotel and Ægir from Satt restaurant at Natura Hotel.

For our final night we we're joined by four lovely Americans; Tarek and Cicely and two food writers Andrew and Erin from serious eats. They were treated to an Arctic Char starter with Icelandic root vegetables followed by a delicious lamb dish. Tarek was quite taken with the main course and even said it rivaled his mothers, which is quite a compliment as he's from Morocco.
