My name is Adil Ghani - I'm 23 and have limb girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD). For many years, I've campaigned for a better understanding of what it means to live with a disability and am a proud trustee and school ambassador for The Panathlon Challenge. I am also part of the team behind The Ability People (TAP), a recruitment consultancy staffed by people living with disabilities, working to make the world of recruitment a fairer, more open-minded place for candidates and companies alike.
