Dr. Sandra Delroy
Chartered clinical and counselling psychologist and clinical director of mental health at Bupa
Dr Sandra Delroy is clinical director of mental health at Bupa Health Funding. She has been clinical director of Bupa EAP for seven years. She served as a clinical psychologist in the NHS for 25 years at Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Mental Health Trust. She has been concurrently in private practice throughout her NHS years providing psychotherapy and training workshops in counselling skills and assertiveness training. Her special interests include adult mental health, working on the emotional and psychological aspects of living with physical disabilities and psychiatric rehabilitation for people with recurrent psychotic episodes. Sandra looks forward to the time when no stigma will be attached to the onset of mental and physical health problems that any of us may encounter.
