Dr Steve McCabe

Since 1989 Dr Steve McCabe has been with Birmingham City University as a management lecturer - teaching general and human resources, as well as strategy and operations but with a special emphasis on TQM, improvement techniques and benchmarking.
As well as teaching, Steve is an active researcher and closely follows and actively comments on Government policy. Considered a ‘thought-leader’ on Government issues, Dr McCabe was invited as a consultant to submit his ideas and recommendations to the Heseltine review panel, back in October 2012. Dr McCabe is often called upon by the media for his expert comment. His opinions are posted weekly on his blog for the Birmingham Post and the University’s Views @ BCU page.
