I am a fully accredited Clinical Psychotherapist working with children and adults, predominately with anxiety. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regent’s University, London. I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and subscribe to the BACP Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the UKCP, Membership of UKCP is the mark of quality for high standards of training, professional and ethical practice from one of the largest national organisations for psychotherapy. Additionally, I am certified in parent psychoeducation from the Gottman Institute in Seattle USA, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), the New Born Observation (NBO) Brazelton technique and mindful Birthing. instagram @therapyproject
