After being diagnosed with gluten intolerance a few years ago, I created my blog (Fit and Gluten-Free http://fitglutenfree.co.uk/) because I believe that being gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to miss out on eating great food and eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. You can live a healthy lifestyle without cutting out everything you’ve ever loved to eat; everything in moderation is the best way to approach life.
