Stewart Brock

Singer/Songwriter in Prides

Innovative and infectious synth-pop trio, Prides, burst onto the internet last summer with their track Out of the Blue which lived on the top five of the Hype Machine. After a summer of playing dozens of festivals from the tiny Ullapalooza to the massive Reading and Leeds and finding themselves on BBC Radio 1, Prides got back in the studio recording an EP, The Seeds You Sow, which they are now preparing for a tour with RAC in the US and Twenty One Pilots in the UK - and SXSW in between. And all for a warm up to a raft of festivals slated for this summer.
The Glasgow based trio formed in 2013 out of the ashes of several local bands. The bands unique sound attracted the attention of Island Records, who swiftly signed them to the label. Stewart Brock sings and plays keyboards, Callum Wiseman is lead guitarist, plays keys and sings and Lewis Gardiner plays drums and is the bands producer.
The band have recently been on remix duties for Barnaby, Sir Sly, Eliza and the Bear and forthcoming remix for NoNoNo.
An addictive, dazzling EP, The Seeds You Sow, electrifying live shows and a band with a voice, Prides are clearly a force to be reckoned with.
