Travis Alabanza is a performer, theatre maker and writer who lives in London. They have become noted nationally and internationally as one of the most prominent emerging trans voices within the arts, having been an artist in residence at The Tate Galleries, a lead role in the critically acclaimed Jubilee (Royal Exchange, Lyric Hammersmith) and recently running a sold out, acclaimed tour of their own show, Burgerz. Their writing has appeared in a mixture of places including the BBC, Dazed and gal-dem, and they have performed in venues ranging from Harvard University, the Roundhouse Theatre, and the V&A galleries.
