Watch Adam Levine And Train Slay A Cover Of Prince's 'Purple Rain'

So good!

As the world continues to mourn the loss of music icon Prince, who died last week at his Paisley Park compound at the age of 57, tributes from the past are still surfacing online.

The latest to make the rounds is a video of Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine performing a wonderful cover of "Purple Rain" with the members of Train. Levine and the band performed the cover at Howard Stern's Birthday Bash on SiriusXM in 2014.

Levine's tenor vocal range lends itself well to the classic track, and is only complemented by Train frontman Patrick Monahan's voice. But it's the moments where Levine really lets himself get lost in the song that are the most captivating. Then of course, he delivers a stellar guitar solo that would no doubt make Prince proud.
