Amanda Holden is determined to show us all how much she’s enjoying her summer hols, sharing a pool-side snap on her Instagram page.
In the topless snap, the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge proved she was making the most of her down-time, sitting with her back to the camera wearing just a pair of bikini bottoms.
Oh, and a jaunty hat.
She accompanied the tranquil, sunny photo, which saw her sitting in the Lotus position, with the hashtag, “#MeditationMandy”.
This isn’t the first time that Mandy’s social media snaps have had us talking, though.
Back in June, she treated her followers to another holiday snap, showing her posing in a bikini while looking out at the sea.
However, it was clocked pretty quickly that there may have been some photo trickery afoot, when eagle-eyed fans noticed the horizon was looking noticeably more bendy than usual, suggesting she’d used an app to enhance her figure.
Unsurprisingly, the photo quickly vanished from her account amid the furore.
This was even more surprising as just days earlier, she’d posed nude for animal rights organisation PETA, for a stunning campaign which didn’t use any photo retouching.
Amanda stripped completely naked in a bid to encourage more of us to become vegetarians.
The TV personality, who has been a veggie since her early teens, also spoke of the benefits of not eating meat, crediting the lifestyle with helping her to keep in shape.
Given the positive reaction her latest snap has received from her fans, we’d say it’s a regime that’s definitely working for her...
