Dashcam Footage Shows Driver Distracted By Phone Before Fatal Crash

Lorry driver David Shields has been jailed for five years at Glasgow High Court for causing the death of 66-year-old Yvonne Blackman. Dashcam footage shows the 34-year-old repeatedly looked at his phone in the moments before he ploughed into Blackman's car.
