Holly Willoughby is the last-ever cover star for FHM Magazine as the farewell issue goes on sale.
The TV presenter is shot in black-and-white in a cleavage-revealing dress, blowing a kiss, alongside the coverline: "Bye! x"
She said: "It's the end of an era and to be part of the final issue before FHM takes its place on the big shelf in the sky, has been a real honour.
"We've both grown up together – I've had three children and you've had 314 issues but now, with a heavy heart, it's time to bid you a fond farewell."
Sultry shots from the magazine show Willoughby reclining on a couch in heel and a lacy dress, and posing in a strappy black outfit.
The This Morning host admitted to her co-host Phillip Schofield on Wednesday's show: "I was so nervous about doing it."
She added: "I loved it when I was there, but when they asked me to do it, I was like 'really? I think my days might've gone... mum of three now'... but that kind of was part of the reason I did it as well."
Willoughby, 34, also joked that readers may find a special surprise in the final edition: "You wait until you see the back page!"
FHM magazine was first published in 1985 as For Him Magazine. Previous cover stars include Abbey Clancy, Cristiano Ronaldo, Rachel Stevens, Michelle Keegan, Denise Van Outen & Melanie Sykes.
Willoughby has previously graced the cover before, in November 2008.
