Katie Price has said she is reflecting on a “difficult year” after going bankrupt.
The 41-year-old was declared bankrupt at a court in London last month, despite once being worth a reported £40 million.
The artist formerly known as Jordan shared a photograph of herself in the bath with a glass of champagne on Instagram, toasting an “exciting, fresh beginning” in 2020.
“Reflecting and celebrating in style in this beautiful bathroom having some well needed Me time,” she wrote.
“Just want to thank all my loyal fans and supporters who have stood by me throughout a difficult year!
“I appreciate you all and I am looking forward to a very exciting fresh beginning to 2020.”
Katie’s bankruptcy topped off a turbulent 12 months for the star.
Back in February, she was given a driving ban after she was convicted of being nearly twice over the drink-drive limit while in charge of her bright pink Range Rover, which she later sold at auction.
In June, she was fined hundreds of pounds for hurling a foul-mouthed “tirade of abuse” at her ex-partner’s girlfriend and banned from contacting her after a row in a school playground.
She was due to stand trial at Horsham Magistrates’ Court but she changed her plea to guilty, admitting the row with Michelle Penticost – who is now dating her estranged husband Kieran Hayler – and her friend Andrea Quigley in the playground of a primary school near Katie’s home.
Katie has also endured dramas with various men, with one recent boyfriend, Charles Drury, even publishing various sordid claims about their fling in a tabloid kiss-and-tell.
This year also saw her undergo a series of dramatic surgical procedures, including her third facelift, a Brazilian bum lift and liposuction, as well as having her own fat injected around her eyes, drastically altering her appearance.
