Over the years, Soapland has given us plenty of fantastic couples, but the best romances are always the most unexpected ones.
Every so often, the ‘EastEnders’, ‘Emmerdale’, ‘Coronation Street’ and ‘Hollyoaks’ bosses come up with something a little different, pairing together characters that we never even expect to speak to each other, let alone hook up.
Exhibit A: Cain Dingle and vicar Harriet Finch. These two have now locked lips for the first time and while they might not last, we’re seriously excited by the fact bosses have paired them up.
Granted, not many of these odd couples have gone the distance, but that’s not about to stop us celebrating the time they spent together, regardless of how brief it was.
