If you don’t have plans for the upcoming long weekend, it’s time to head to Yorkshire. The fifth edition of the Tour de Yorkshire is here – from today until Sunday 5 May, you can watch elite cyclists zoom past at breathtaking speeds.

This year’s cycling extravaganza is bigger and better than ever, with an extra day added to increase the women’s race from one to two days, taking place on 3 and 4 May. The men’s race starts on 2 May and ends on 5 May.

But you don’t even need to be a big cycling fan to enjoy the event.
