Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte pulled five women on stage to give him a kiss on the cheek at the end of an event in Tokyo, while his wife sat in the audience. The 74-year-old president was visiting the Filipino community in Japan when the slightly awkward exchanges happened. Over 10 million Philippine citizens work overseas, sending billions in wages home which make up around 10 percent of the country’s GDP.
