To give you some background as to how I arrived at these techniques and tips, I'll quickly explain. After conducting my own research and analyses spanning over about 2.5 years, I realised that there were certain techniques that could be employed to help one to tap into one's gut intuition, gut feeling, gut instinct, or whatever you want to call it.
(In my book I explain the difference in the different terms, but for the purpose of this article and video blog, I use the terms interchangeably.)
I then proceeded to look for research that would support my theories and make sense of what I had been testing. This led me to the research by Voss and Paller 2009 and the groundbreaking research by the Institute of HeartMath.
