Dramatic CCTV footage has captured the moment a five-year-old child was rescued unharmed from under a car moments after being run over.
The young girl was on her way to nursery school in Wenzhou, China, with her mother on 9 December when she reportedly threw a tantrum and sat down in the middle of the road.
A large car then turned the corner behind the girl and drove over her, braking too late to avoid trapping her underneath.
The footage shows the girl's mother and about 16 bystanders rushing to help free her.
The girl was unharmed and reportedly had to go to school that day.
The video comes two months after a similar CCTV clip, also filmed in China, emerged of a two-year-old child being run over by a car and then ignored by passing bystanders. The child in that case later died of her injuries.
