Twitter has rushed to the aid of Murdoch

In the midst of his headline appearance at the ongoing Leveson Inquiry, James Murdoch, former News International chairman and son of owner Rupert, is again demonstrating his hazy memory of events surrounding the phone hacking scandal that engulfed the company.

However, help is on hand in the form of Twitter, users of which have begun reminding James Murdoch of the many other things he may have forgotten through the #helpjamesmurdoch hashtag.

Former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott appears to have started the trend, and suggested a few facts and helpful suggestions such as "The Sun is a British tabloid newspaper" and "don't ask Theresa May what day it is".
