Proposal for reform of both houses:  Eliminate the House of Lords and reduce the membership of the House of Commons from 650 to 65.

Proposal:  Abolish the House of Lords.  Move Speakers' Corner into that rather pleasant meeting space.  Offer soap box privileges to the Peerage at Hyde Park.

Advantages:  Attendance at the debates would increase.

Clegg the Spineless is concerned about one thing only, his ministerial car. He will do anything to remain Cameron's Fag (in the public school sense), lost all integrity, and reneged on all pre-election promises. In his favour, he's been part of the first one term government in the 21st century.
