Now, we know you're all very busy people and probably don't have time to watch footage of a group of blokes doing a spot of deep-sea fishing off the coast of California.

But stick with this video for a couple of minutes and - we promise! - it's very definitely worth the wait.

Mark Peters rigged a camera to the back of his boat and ended up with some utterly amazing footage of a school of Pacific white-sided dolphins swimming behind it.

Now, if that doesn't make you feel a little happier and calmer today, we don't know what will. (That said, maybe you could try camomile tea.)
