Reese Witherspoon is about to be embarrassed all over again.
Video footage has emerged of the exact moment she was arrested and put in handcuffs for disorderly conduct on 19 April.
The first video (above) shows the moment the Oscar-winning actress confronted police with questions like "do you know who I am?". They had just picked up her husband Jim Toth, suspecting him of drink driving.
And in a second video (below), Witherspoon is told by the officer to sit down and stay in the car.
She replies: "I'm pregnant and I need to use the restroom" - something she has now admitted is not true.
Witherspoon then gets out of the car and begins arguing with the officer, who promptly arrests her.
Witherspoon has since admitted she is "deeply embarrassed" about her arrest, after police reported she had used the line "Do you know my name?" during the altercation.
She said in a statement: "I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said.
"It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse."
Reese has since pulled out of planned TV appearances to promote her new film 'Mud', but did attend the film's red carpet screening.
