He seems perfectly charming to us, but it turns out this little chap had a hard time finding a home because of his Dracula-like fangs.
Black cat Timmy was taken into a Blue Cross rehoming centre in Oxon, three months ago.
But with most cats spending an average of just 30 days at the centre, there were suspicions Timmy was being overlooked because of his unique gnashers.
Additionally, black cats are notoriously difficult to rehome thanks to myths and superstition that they bring bad luck – and the absurd suggestion they are not photogenic enough.
Thankfully this kitty of night – described by staff as ‘affectionate’ and ‘loving’ has finally found a home.
All the best Timmy!
