Andrea Grossman

Director, Coach & Mother of 3.

Andrea started her working life in the legal industry: she trained and qualified as a litigator at leading City law firm Clifford Chance, subsequently moving to Olswang to specialise in media law. She then spent several years in the recruitment industry where she sourced talent at all levels for organisations both in the UK and internationally. As a director she gained valuable commercial, marketing and business development experience. She also enjoyed the responsibility of managing and coaching a team in order to realise their full potential. This ultimately led her to retrain as a Business Coach in 2006, where she now works in the areas of executive coaching, maternity coaching and career transition.
Outside of work, Andrea is married with 3 children. She also sits as a Magistrate in North West London.

Currently Andrea is a Director and Coach at Talking Talent. Andrea’s energetic and goal-centred approach to coaching has enabled her to assist individuals around a wide range of issues. She helps her coachees to understand their unique strengths, their impact on others, and how to use this information in daily working life. Andrea’s direct approach opens up intelligent debates to challenge assumptions and stimulate new ideas. Andrea is frequently described by her clients as challenging, pragmatic and insightful.

Andrea also brings coaching expertise to the maternity coaching programmes at Talking Talent, and she has supported many women at senior levels through the maternity transition and beyond.
