Lisa Rutherford is the UK regional media manager for Oxfam. Lisa has worked for Oxfam for nine years, briefing journalists, campaigners, government officials and others on a wide range of humanitarian and human rights issues. She has also organised a number of weird and wonderful high profile media events both in the UK and abroad. She sometimes travels overseas when extra support is needed, including in major humanitarian emergencies.
Prior to Oxfam, Lisa has worked as a reporter and newsreader for a radio station, as a music shop assistant and as a manager for a telecomms company.
