Wyn Williams’s daughter Non is quadriplegic, has a learning disability and is registered partially sighted and lives in an independent living setting where she receives 24 hour care. Wyn is supporting Mencap’s #StopSleepInCrisis campaign which is calling on the Government to avert the current funding crisis facing the learning disability care which could put the future of overnight care for people with severe learning disabilities at risk.
