I sat down to chat with mindfulness expert Tessa Watt (she teaches at the HOP, y'all!) to get the lowdown on what mindfulness really is, and to get the answer to a few questions I had. What does mindfulness even mean? Do you need to sit down Buddha style with your legs crossed, or can you just do ten minutes of colouring? Eyes open? Eyes shut? What's the difference between mindfulness and meditation? And can you do one without the other? Are there any good apps we can use? And seriously, what's the deal with these colouring books???
