Long the butt of punchlines for his nasal-sounding voice and geeky demeanor, Ed Miliband has become a hot tabloid topic once again after giving a bizarre "robot-like" TV interview.
Asked about the public sector strikes, Miliband gives nearly identical answers to a series of questions while maintaining a fixed stare. Each answer is some combination of the following phrases: "These strikes are wrong at a time when negotiations are still going on...the government has acted in a reckless and provocative manner...after today's disruption I urge both sides to put aside the rhetoric and stop it happening again."
