Reduce stress

The stress hormone, cortisol interferes with the function of neurotransmitters making it harder to recall infromation. Get physical

The brain relies on energy received through a constant intake of oxygen and nutrients from the bloodstream so regular bursts of exercise will help to keep the blood pumping.
