The mayor of Vilnius, the Lithuanian capital, has sent a clear message to people who had dared to park illegally by driving over a Mercedes-Benz with an armoured tank.
Arturas Zuokas said in a statement: "What should the city do about drivers who think that they are above the law? It seems that a tank is the best solution."
