PRESS ASSOCIATION -- Olly Murs would be open to romancing X Factor contestants - despite what Simon Cowell thinks or says.
The former finalist, who will be hosting spin-off show The Xtra Factor, has vowed to continue flirting with the budding singers even if the TV mogul doesn't approve.
"I think Simon would be mad if I ended up getting it on with one of the contestants on this year's show," he quipped to the Daily Star.
"I suppose I should be professional now that I'm working on it, so I can definitely imagine Simon having a stern word with me. But would I go for it anyway? Well, I think I'd have to. You can't stand in the way of true love, even if you're Simon Cowell," he added.
Murs - who dashed rumours of a romance with fellow X Factor finalist Stacey Solomon - admitted the dating game is a jungle.
"I found dating a little bit harder after the X Factor, but if anything, it's even harder now," he revealed.
"I barely go out, I've just been so busy."
