Aston Martin was once again crowned Britain's coolest brand, having been voted top for the second year running in CoolBrands's 10th annual list of the most influential brands.
The iconic British sports car manufacturer fended off stiff competition from global big-hitters such as Apple, Nike, Rolex and Nintendo. The top rated designers were Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Vivienne Westwood but all three missed out on a top 10 spot. The only drink to make the top 20 was the French champagne, Dom Perignon, which came in at number 12.
The list was compiled by 2,000 consumers and a panel of 36 designers, style experts and media personalities, from Sadie Frost and Jessie J to Rob da Bank and Kelly Hoppen.
They were asked to bear in mind factors such as originality, authenticity, desirability and uniqueness. Would these have made your top ten?
