Roberto Mendez was having a gentle afternoon nap at his home in Argentina when he was rudely awoken by a small aircraft crashing through his roof. The aircraft took off from a flying club but lost altitude and nosedived into the house.
The pilot and his passenger were both unharmed and, though startled, Mendez was left unscathed. The house may still collapse though, firefighters warned.
