Perry was spotted leaving The Wolseley in London last night with her Barbie pink hair back in action. Judging by the leopard print hat, we're guessing that she's not quite ready to fully reveal her new do to the world just yet, but it looks like her curled locks have had the two-tone treatment. Is it just us, or is her hair borderline fluorescent in places?
