Strictly Come Dancing saw Russell Grant fired from the dancefloor this weekend, after losing out to Holly Valance in the final elimination.
Russell experienced his second firing of the weekend, as he was also fired out of a cannon on Saturday night during Strictly's Wembley Arena special. Remaining positive, the much-loved contestant said: "It's been fantastic."
Although Russell's dance moves have been called into question throughout the series his entertainment value and enthusiasm have been praised every week, and earlier in the night judge Bruno said he'd "really miss him" if he had to go.
The celebrity astrologer seemed to have accepted his fate before it was announced, he said: "I got to Wembley, that was always my goal."
When asked about being fired out of a cannon the crowd-pleasing contestant also claimed: "It was one of the best things that's ever happened to me."
The first couple through to next week was Anita Dobson and Robbie, followed by Robbie Savage and Ola, Alex Jones and James, Chelsee Healey and Pasha, and Harry Judd and Aliona.
Robbie Savage summed up all the contestants feelings about dancing at Wembley in front of 6000 people this weekend when he said: "I was so terrified, but it was better than playing in the Carling Cup Final."
Also on the show were Jessie J and James Morrison, who performed his new single Up, and Il Divo performed their staple song Nessun Dorma.
