In Japan, they don't mess around when it comes to playground slides. Where Britain would make do with just a couple of metres of polished steel to slide down on, Japan goes the extra mile - almost literally.
Reminiscent of this seemingly never-ending Alpine slide that went viral last month, this 110 second-long YouTube video boasts a Japanese playground slide that stands several metres high above the ground.
The exact location of this slide is unknown, with the video emerging on CollegeHumor.com with no extra details other than it was "from Japan" - but it's so damn brilliant it's impossible not to share it with you.
As well as this particular slide, there are more than a couple of other brilliant Japanese playground contraptions out there, so here's a video gallery that gathers them all up below.
All together now: "Weeeee!"
Sigh. It's almost like being there. Almost.
