Firefighters are battling a blaze involving an "unknown" number of people at a flat in a high-rise tower block.
London Fire Brigade said around 12 appliances and roughly 20 to 30 firefighters were at Fred Wigg Tower in Leytonstone, east London - a 15-storey tower block.
A spokeswoman said they were called to the tower block at around 11.10pm on Monday after a blaze was reported at a four-room flat on the 14th floor.

"An unknown number of persons are involved," she said.
"Approximately 40 persons have been evacuated."
