Weeks after she almost died giving birth, Amanda Holden is begging judges not to replace her on Britain's Got Talent as she wants to return already.
The 40-year-old was expected to take a month off from her judging duties as she recovers from the birth of her daughter Hollie Rose.
But Amanda has stunned ITV bosses, saying: "Don't replace me - I'm coming back!"
The actress is apparently making remarkable progress at home after an emergency Caesarean left her fighting for life when she lost a lot of blood.
BGT has been looking for replacements and are likely to bring in a special guest for three audition days in London but Amanda will be at the Birmingham shows later this month and could even make the Edinburgh try-outs in a week's time.
According to the Mirror, Amanda told a friend: "I'm much stronger and thrilled with my new family. I'm hoping to go back to Britain's Got Talent in Edinburgh - I feel so much better it is fantastic."
Fellow BGT judge David Walliams said: "It's fantastic news."
In Amanda's absence, new judge David has been causing trouble - he has been forbidden from making jokes about Simon's height, camp antics and friendship with ex-lover Sinitta.
Despite Simon's penchant for Cuban heels to boost his 5ft 9in frame, producers have refused to let David tease the media mogul about his height.
In an interview with BBC2, David said he told producers about his plans to tease Simon ahead of auditions in Cardiff and was told: "Absolutely no way!"
But David seems to be ignoring their pleas. When one contestant revealed an ambition to perform in front of the Queen, the comedian pointed at Simon and said: "Well, he's right here, go ahead!"
David added that he thought pressing the buzzer to reject acts might be tough, but says: "Actually sometimes people are rubbish and you want them to stop what they're doing."
