A woman who was apparently filmed ranting on board a crowded Central Line train has been arrested by police.
It came after a video of her tirade on the London Underground was uploaded onto YouTube and viewed by thousands of people.
The 42-year-old from Romford was allegedly ranting at ethic minority passengers on board the train between St Paul’s and Mile End stations. She then appeared to direct the abuse towards the person filming the incident.

The seven minute video was uploaded onto YouTube on 24 January, after another passenger filmed the outburst on a mobile phone the day before.
The woman remains in police custody.
