Peter Andre has been left devastated after his brother suffered a setback in his cancer fight.
The singer has been jetting back and forth to his native Australia recently to be with his family after his elder sibling Andrew was diagnosed with kidney cancer.
Pete hailed his brother as a "trouper" for his courage, and vowed to do everything he could to support him, but the star has been left devastated after Andrew was told the cancer had spread.
In his column for New! magazine, he writes: "Sadly, we've not had a great week and Andrew's test results weren't good at all.
"Unfortunately the cancer has spread and it's the outcome we were all dreading. We're trying very hard to stay positive but it's really knocked us all for six and, if I'm honest, I'm not dealing with it very well.
"I don't mind admitting that there have been quite a few tears on my part. But it doesn't matter how I feel, I just care about how Andrew feels."
Andrew underwent two operations to remove his kidney last week and he is now recovering from the surgery.
Pete adds: "When someone in my family suffers, we all suffer. It's hard to see a sibling go through something so awful."
