From the tank-like Grifter, with its three gear speed, to the classic racer and BMX, in 1980s Britain, pushbikes sorted the men from the boys.
And even though we've listed it, the Raleigh VEKTAR was basically rubbish, as this YouTube video proves.
While most youngsters probably left their bikes to rust against the back gate, or passed them down to ungrateful younger siblings, the memories remain.
