Reverse Missionaries - BBC2, 9PM
Britain's 19th-century missionaries carried Christianity around the world. But now, as we supposedly become a 'godless society', missionaries from countries where religion is thriving come to help Brits rediscover their faith. First is Jamaican baptist and ex-street gang member Pastor Franklin Small, who arrives in a small village in the Cotswolds where his hero Thomas Burchell - a missionary at the forefront of the anti-slavery movement in the Caribbean - lived 200 years earlier. He faces an uphill struggle.

Let's Dance for Sport Relief - 7.10pm, BBC1
If we're never going to see Katy Perry and Arlene Phillips dancing together around their handbags to the strains of Gloria Gaynor, this is surely the next best thing - against the unlikely setting of Let's Dance for Sports Relief. Never mind the contestants, it's all about female survival. Perry makes her first appearance in Britain post-divorce - at least she won't have to sport a West Ham strip any more - and Phillips makes her first foray back onto the public dance floor since her ignominious exit from the Strictly squad. Oh, and Paddy McGuinness, Rhod Gilbert and Frank Skinner are on the judging panel - something for everyone in this, surely?
Lost Cities of the Ancients - 7pm, BBC4
Off to Egypt for more gallivanting by an academic in a safari suit around the ruins, this time in search of ancient fabled capital of Piramesse, constructed on a whim of Rameses the Great, but long-since disappeared from view. With its rediscovery comes a mystery of which even frequent Egyptian visitor Agatha Christie would be proud.

The Falklands' Most Daring Raid 8pm, Channel 4
A war relatively recent is given proper Dambusters treatment in this spellbinding documentary of how this still controversial conflict was won with the help of aircraft 40 years old, and a refuelling mechanism no one had attempted to use in two decades. A delightful bunch of veterans retell the scrapes they got into with their attempts to use the "computer" during their 8,000-mile mission to bomb Port Stanley's runway. Biggles really is the only person missing from this warm-hearted lineup as they detail what must have been far more frightening than they make it sound.
Homeland - 9pm, Channel 4
It's all getting increasingly criss-cross in the CIA offices as the final terrorist from the compound housing Brady back in Afghanistan is captured and brought to Washington for questioning. The CIA brass want Brady (Damian Lewis) to be part of the interrogation process of his former captor, while renegade agent Carrie obviously has her own agenda as far as the army's golden boy is concerned. Basically, will it come down to who has the best poker face? My money's on Brady.
