Poor Kelly Rowland. Her X Factor rival Tulisa has been dominating headlines so much of late (a leaked sex tape will do that for you) that she's almost paled into insignificance.
So in an attempt to claw back some publicity to remind us she's definitely still on the celeb scene, she's gone for the tried and tested method of getting her kit off and flaunting her body.
Yep, that'll do it.
Kel has been hitting the gym hard to shape up ahead of her possible X Factor return, and yesterday she took the opportunity to show off the fruits of her labour - and just look at those abs.
She tweeted the snap as she worked out with her personal trainer, saying: "Tread and shed with my amazing trainer @jeanettejenkins! #sexyabs".
Modest, huh?
Looks like the former Destiny's Child star is getting a little broody too, as she headed to a baby shop, leaving her cooing at pairs of little shoes.
But after seeing those abs, we're pretty confident she's not hiding a baby-shaped secret.
