Going one - or rather, multiple - steps further than holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa, however, is Kingston-born photographer Michael Hughes.
Hughes has spent 10 years creating an absolutely magical set of photographs in which he places a souvenir or replica of a landmark in its actual place. He's been all over the world doing it - and you can see just some of the results below.
